There is a cap of $500 on pay-to-participate fee amounts for an individual student for the 2025-2026 school year.  Once the “first event” takes place, there is NO refund.  (Ineligibility or leaving an activity for ANY reason does not constitute grounds for a refund.)  If you miss 50% or more of the regular athletic season contests played by your team due to injury only, you will receive the commensurate pro-rated refund.  The treating doctor’s written verification must be submitted to the Athletic Department.  This refund can be returned via check or applied to another sport in the same school year.  Refund checks will be mailed to parents.
